1. Scope
This agreement covers every domain name ordered through DomainWalay. It works together with the Terms of Service and the extension specific policy page for each domain. Where an extension page states a rule (for example a two year minimum term or a local presence rule), that rule applies to that extension.
2. Accurate registration data
You must give true and complete registrant, admin and technical contact details and update them within 7 days of any change. Wrong or fake data is a breach and can lead to suspension or deletion of the domain. We may verify your email address after registration and after contact changes.
3. Registrant rights
You are the registered name holder. You can change nameservers, contacts and lock settings, transfer the domain to another registrar, and renew it, within registry rules. You can request the auth code at any time from the client area.
4. Registrar duties
We submit registrations to the registry promptly, keep your registration data safe, send renewal notices at least 30 days and 7 days before expiry, and provide the auth code on request. We follow ICANN policies for generic extensions and registry policies for country extensions.
5. Terms and renewal
The registration term is the term you paid for. Renewal is due before expiry. Grace, redemption and deletion windows are listed on each extension policy page and can differ by registry.
6. Transfers
Transfers follow the registry process. Transfers can be refused during the first 60 days after registration or a previous transfer, when there is a dispute, when fees are unpaid, or when a court order applies. We never charge for a transfer out.
7. Disputes
Generic extensions follow the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) and the Uniform Rapid Suspension system (URS). Country extensions follow their own dispute policy, listed on each policy page. You agree to take part in these proceedings and accept their decisions.
8. Suspension, cancellation and reserved names
A domain can be suspended or cancelled to correct registration mistakes, to comply with a court order, registry instruction or dispute decision, for breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, for unpaid fees, or for false registration data. Some names are reserved by registries and cannot be registered even if they show as available.
9. Privacy and data
Registration data is shared with the registry and, for generic extensions, with an escrow provider as required by ICANN. Public WHOIS and RDAP output is redacted for personal data where the registry allows. See the Privacy Policy.
10. Fees
Fees are shown before you pay and are in PKR. Registry price changes can change renewal prices. Restore fees during redemption are higher than renewal fees.
